It is possible to import an individual email if for example it's received in to an email folder that the HireTrack NX Email Server is not scanning.

Simply export the email from your email client in the standard EML file format.
 
Click on the button and select the exported file. HireTrack NX will import the email and it will then be available to be Matched.
