HireTrack NX uses a Smart Find system to search for the most common bits of information such as customers and equipment. This intuitive search engine searches the descriptions and filters the list using the letters you typed. The space bar on your keyboard is used to activate the Smart Find function.

 

An example would be:

Type CORP then press the SPACE BAR on your computer. You should find a list of companies with those four letters in their description. You can then type a few more letters and press the SPACE BAR to narrow the list even further.

NOTE: It is a good idea to only type in 3 or 4 characters before activating the search. You may expect a name to be spelt a different way than what is entered, and the result would be that you cannot find the name:
