Some companies use the crew type to indicate PD’s, expenses and Travel costs – In which case this may lead to confusing displays. It is probably best to convert and then edit the shits to allocate any expenses to the correct area within the shift settings and delete the unwanted entries.

 

To convert crew to enhanced crewing click on the crew tab and the Crew Upgrade Wizard dialog will appear.
