Once an account has been put "On Hold" in the address book, each time the customer is chosen for a job, an "Account on Hold" message will be displayed throughout the program in the address form. When your mouse hovers over this message a hint box is displayed. This message can be configured to display the text that has been entered here.
Once you have entered your text, press the 'Save' button.
