At some point during your rental, you may need to create an invoice for which the customer can pay you. RentalDesk can create an invoice for your customer listing as little or as much information as you wish. Creating an invoice is a 2 step process that involves an invoice preview to check your invoice over before creating the actual invoice. An invoice is created that corresponds with each equipment list.
To create an invoice for an equipment list:
Press the "Do Invoicing" button in the data action buttons. This will produce the invoice preview window:
If everything looks good, press the button and invoice is created with information and pricing shown above.
