E-mail Settings

Email settings have global and user specific settings so they need to be set up in two different places:

For the company as a whole.

Your SMTP server details can normally be determined from your normal email client (e.g. Outlook) account information. If you are unsure what how to find this out, contact either your ISP or your network administrator. Only tick the Authenticate User option is you know that your mail server uses mail authentication for sending emails.
