The process for entering equipment is to first sit down and consider your master categories and categories. Once you have decided how these should be organized then define the Master Categories and Categories and then finally enter your equipment types. A common mistake people make when starting to use a rental program is to not think about the Master Categories and Categories and just start entering equipment. This then means that they have to spend time moving things around later. Also remember, it is not critical that you enter everything you own to get started. Enter the equipment that is most commonly used, and then add more equipment as you get a grasp on the program.
