All reports are stored in database files (rbReports.nx1 and rbReports.blb) on your server. You can export these reports to separate files which have a file extension of ".rtm". You wouldn't normally need to do this, but there may be times when you will need to send a report to another user or to technical support. The export button on the Report Explorer Toolbar allow you to do this. Clicking on the export button will invoke a file explorer that will allow you to specify a folder to export.
