RentalDesk can also export information out of RentalDesk for use in other programs. The inventory can be exported to a spreadsheet or other applications. The Address Book can be exported for use with other contact management applications. You can also export your invoices and purchase orders, which can then be imported by your accounting system software. Great care and planning must be used when exporting your information to another application. There may be limitations on the information that is exported, but this may be a result of the system importing the information. Navigator Systems has no control of other companies applications, and therefore cannot be responsible for any damage, corruption or inaccurate information being entered into your companies accounting system. We suggest you backup your data any time you are about to import data.
