All reports are stored in database files (rbReports.nx1 and rbReports.blb) on your server. You can import these reports from other RentalDesk users or you can import updates from Navigator Systems. These files should have a file extension of ".rtm". The import button on the Report Explorer Toolbar allow you to do this. Clicking on the import button will invoke a file explorer that will allow you to specify a file to import. When importing a report you will be prompted to overwrite the original report if it has the same name as a report in the destination folder; if you do not overwrite then the report will be automatically renamed as it is imported.
