Search for Company in The Address Book

There are several very useful tools that allow you to quickly find a particular company's information. Company names are arranged alphabetically, so you can scroll through the names and find any company you wish.

You can begin typing a name into the search window, and RentalDesk will scroll directly to that name. The data for that company will appear in the data window on the right side of your window.

There are also 2 sets of filters with which you can search the address book. The

buttons will display only the companies which have been set. Simply click on either or both buttons to display companies that meet these special conditions.

You can also filter on any of three user configurable special filters. These filters are configured in the System Information Tree in the Configuration Book. Simply click on any of the check boxes to display companies that meet these special conditions.

You may also view company information in an intuitive Tree View. All filters will continue to be available to use in the tree view. To change your view from Grid View to the Tree View, click on the

Tab as shown.

Press any of the + signs to expand the information displayed in the data area.
