The Stock Trail is a complete auditing record of your inventory. Each time you adjust your stock level, an entry is made into the stock trail, so you can view all of your changes in stock levels. Many accountants use this audit trail to calculate depreciation and inventory value. This also provides a record of stock levels with which RentalDesk can correct any inaccurate stock levels.
A filter is available to display only entries of a specific type of equipment or to filter all purchases made within a certain date range.
