The Stock Trail tab is a complete auditing record of that type of equipment. Each time you adjust your stock level, an entry is made into the stock trail, so you can view all of your changes in stock levels. Many accountants use this audit trail to calculate depreciation and inventory value. This also provides a record of stock levels with which RentalDesk can correct any inaccurate stock levels.
