In the event that you are not able to solve a problem with your system, you may be asked to send a copy of your data to the Navigator Systems Technical Support Team. This process is simple and is done using the RentalDesk NX server application.
DO NOT SEND YOUR DATA TO NAVIGATOR SYSTEMS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED BY THE NAVIGATOR SYSTEMS TEAM.
To send your data to the support team:
Make sure no one is running or attempting to run RentalDesk NX. Press the Send Now button and follow up with an email to support@rentaldesk.net explaining the nature of the problem. Any data sent to technical support without an explanation is deleted.
