The Address Book is where you will store all of your contact information within RentalDesk. It does not matter whether a company is a customer or a supplier, all company information, including default accounts information is stored within the address book. To access the Address Book:
A list of companies will appear in the Navigation Window, and the information for the currently selected company will appear in the data window. You may either scroll through the list of names or use any of the search features located in the Navigator Window.
When printing from the Navigation Window, RentalDesk will print only the companies that match the filters set in the Navigator Window.
