Once you have clicked on something in the Navigation Window, the Data window on the right shows the relevant information So if you are in the Job View with the search tab selected, you are now looking at a list of jobs and the equipment lists associated with those jobs. Double click either a job or an equipment list and you are taken directly to that job or equipment list.
The Data Action Buttons
The Data Action Buttons constantly change and will show the functions available as buttons depending on what data is being shown. For instance if you are currently in an equipment list and you press the "Dispatch to New" button, all equipment on the list will be dispatched to the customer. If you press the "Do Invoicing" button, an invoice can be created for the equipment list.
