Each company in the address book can have default trading terms assigned to them. You will also need to enter the number of days for which the terms are used so that paperwork can be created which calculates exact due dates.
Select any existing Depreciation and then press 'New' to create a blank.
Enter a description.
Enter the length of the terms.
Press the 'Save' button.
