Automatic Backup

To access this information select the RentalDesk branch of the database settings:
Enter the Start Time for the backup that is convenient for you. You will need to make sure the server is running during the selected time.
Next Navigate to the location that you wish to store your backed up data, RentalDesk NX will automatically create a sub folder "rd_backup" - we recommend that this is a folder which is ultimatly backed up off site, such as a Dropbox folder.
Then press the 
button to save these settings.
The "Pause Server During Backup" should always be chosen as tables will otherwise be locked during the backup process and any inuse tables will NOT be backed up.
You may also backup your data manually by pressing the Backup Now button.
