The Audit & Movements tab is a READ ONLY page and is used to check all historical changes to stock levels as a result of Stock Ins and Stock Outs as well as the transfer of Equipment between Warehouses. It is a full and accurate audit trail not only showing dates, but actual purchase price and quantity purchased. If barcodes are created, then it will also show which barcodes were purchased on a specific date.
The Audit Trail should not be confused with the Movements Tab as the Audit Trail reflects the assets and their history, which, in turn affects the valuation of the inventory in a specific warehouse.
Filters are available to limit the display to specific Types or to limit the data to a specific date range and to only show the Equipment owned by specific sites.

Note: The Audit Trail is not editable and stock adjustments should be made through the Stock In/Out functions. However, the System Administrator account has the permission to edit the audit trail by changing dates, prices and quantities in the event of erroneous entries.
