By default the activities are labelled as day 1 etc. Shifts are tied to activities not a particular day – so it is worth giving the activities proper names so when you move the activity to a different date you can see what has moved.

Day1 , Day2 and Day3 don’t really give you much information – so we should really rename these.

You can rename them by clicking in the cells and overtyping

 

So we can clearly see there are two get in days (probably because the client will only pay for one lighting technician on the job) and two show days.
