Navigation:  Software Configuration Tab > General Configuration > Database Lookups > Payment Types

Here you can modify or add payment types again to Categorize payments by type. The payment types are used in the Job Book on the Miscellaneous Costs tab. Accounts are divided into Cash or Account types so that you can limit certain customers to cash only options.

 

Enter your Diary Category in the:

and then press the button.

You may also edit the selected record and press the button.
