The end time of the shift (2)

The date (to test for day of week charging) (3)

Enter the standard hourly rate (4)

Press Run (5)

 

And it will show you the total charged for the shifts on that day.

 

So as an example – this is the blocks scheme where  hours over 8 are charged at 1.25x the daily rate

 

 

This calculates the total charge as £105

Comprising

8 hours x £10 ph

2 Hours at £12.50 ph

Total charge £105
