Once the configuration has been done and the HireTrack NX Incoming Email Server installed, emails will start to arrive in to HireTrack NX.
If the HireTrack NX Incoming Email Server is able to match the email to a Job, Project, Lead, Customer etc, then it will do this automatically using its built in rules. Emails may be matched to several objects simultaneously, so for example an email about a job from a customer could be matched both to the job and to the customer.
The Matches column indicates whether an email has been matched or not and if it has, how many objects it has been matched to.
The displayed emails can be filtered to just show ones recently received via the Select Duration control or to view emails received from a specific address, via the Specific Email control.
Here the New project at the Royal Albert Hall Sept 2019 has been matched to three objects, holding the mouse over the MATCHES (3) information will popup a hint displaying what those matches are
- Here the email has been matched to the Company: Newton Clerk, the Person: Frankie Marruffo and the Job: Comedian Hour.
Holding the mouse over the "View" will popup a quick copy of the email
