This can be achieved by splitting the role and then drag-fill or copy & paste on to the alternative position
Drag-fill will automatically cancel the original shift and create a duplicate shift for the alternate Position.
Reconciling crew will then display that the Position has been over PO’d
Allowing the user to rectify the situation by raising an appropriate document, which results in
