Moving Stock and Changing Ownership between Sites
Sometimes you wish to transfer equipment between warehouses that belong to other sites which can also change which Site owns the equipment.
| • | Set the action to be performed to 'Warehouse and Owner Transfer' |
| • | Set the Source to the warehouse from where the equipment is coming and the destination to the warehouse to where it is being transferred. If it's not the default warehouse of the site, then set the Alt. Owner. In the example below, we are transferring 20 units from the Manhattan warehouse to the Eustis Warehouse, which is in the Orlando branch. |
| • | Enter the Quantity being transferred and any notes required |
| • | Press the Process button |
Now we can see that the Manhattan warehouse stock has fallen to 79 and the site now only owns 79 however the quantity owned by all sites remains at 299.
