As users are creating equipment lists, they make experience shortages of equipment as shown in red. Typically, a manager must be aware of all of the shortages, and possibly create subhires to cover for these shortages, or perhaps substitute other acceptable pieces of equipment. It is helpful to be able to view all of the equipment movements for a given time period on one screen, and the Logistics Book is the best place to plan your equipment movements.
