There may be times when a specific vehicle cannot be available for a time period. This could be the result of scheduled maintenance, travel days, employee usage or any other reason that you may determine. You could also create specific tasks and allocate this vehicle to complete these tasks. In addition to allocating the tasks, you may also view the location of every crew specific vehicle. To allocate the vehicle to one of these scheduled events requires the use of the Transport Tasks.

To locate a specific Vehicle, use the tools across the top to locate by:

Creating a New Task
Locate the Vehicle and then click on the specific starting day. The Manage Tasks Window will appear:
Set an ending date and time and select from the Tasks List. Enter any notes and press the Save Button.
