Service Records can be found on the Hire Manager>Inventory>Maintenance tab or The Warehouse Book>Repairs tab from either the Hire Manager or Warehouse Tab

| • | Service records are either created as part of a repair or can be created as required when work is carried out on equipment. |
| • | Barcoded items that are overdue for a service (it is after the next service due setting) will warn the operator when scanned out. |
| • | Non barcoded items will not as they cannot be uniquely identified and the service record is there only to allow you to monitor the amount of repairs a specific type has required. |
