Action and Summaries have two functions -
The Summaries part allows you to see the summary of predicted profit and the source of those
The Action part allows you to raise Invoices for Equipment, Crewing, Transport and for any Miscellaneous Costs.
So breaking this down, we can see for our Job, the profit summary for everything based on the status levels.
So in the image above the profit from any equipment crew and transport at a status of 'Quote' is zero
However there is £92 of potential profit work which has not yet been confirmed
and £1894 of profit for confirmed work
However since we have not yet raised any invoices the profit for accounting purposes is
And on the income side we can see the possible sources of income
So in the grid above we can see that the current prices for the equipment is £160, there are two crew requests each for £272 and a further crew request for £1200 and a misc cost that will be billed on for £200
and on the expenditure side
we anticipate it will cost £68 for the crew and we have made a part payment of £23 probably a deposit against that crew request and we anticipate that the custom lectern will cost £50 although it hasn't been ordered yet.
