Navigation:  The Warehouse Staff tab > PAT & LOLER Testing > Servicing Items

The Service Tab of the Testing Module is identical to the service tab of the items page in the Equipment Book and the information entered is accessible in either place.

To create a new service entry:

1.        Button: Add New

2.        Enter then service date.

3.        Enter the work performed and the costs for labor and parts

4.        Button: Update

5.        If you have set a service schedule for the type of equipment you are working with then the 'Next Service Due' field will calculate when you need to service the item again. If no servicing schedule has been defined in "Configure Equipment' then the program will use the default period of 30 days.

6.        To look at the various services performed on this item, use the  buttons.
