The Client Account Statuses and Insurance Information appears on the General Page of the Job and is helpful information for customer relationships. If there are issues with the account, the Account Status will show the current account status as set to that customer in the Accounts Book | Setup Page. These Account Statuses may be defined in the Configuration. By pressing the drop down arrow by the status more details are shown.
A rule setting in the Software Configuration>General>Rules may set a default account status for new companies when their information is entered into HireTrack NX.
