Once a Job Client is selected for a Job, any available notes about that client will appear in the Notes window. If notes about the client are available, the Notes button will appear as shown with green highlighting:
If there are no notes available, the Notes button will appear with no highlighting: Click your mouse on the notes button and the Client Notes window will appear:
NOTE: These notes are about the Client and not about the Job. Specific Job Notes are entered on the Job Notes tab of the Job Book. You may add more notes as needed from this Window. These notes may also be accessed from the Address Book and from the Setup Page of the Accounts Book.
